These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cordis Supply L.L.C ("Company," "we," "us," "our") regarding your access to and use of the website located at cordissupply.com (the "Site") and any related services. By accessing or using our Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site or services.

1. Account Terms

2. Orders & Payment

2.1 Order Confirmation – After you submit an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email only acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or inability to verify payment information.

2.2 Pricing & Payment – All prices are listed in USD. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment must be completed at the time of order. Orders not paid within the specified time will be automatically canceled.

2.3 Taxes – Prices displayed do not include taxes. Applicable sales tax, VAT, or other taxes may be added based on your shipping address.

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 Shipping Locations – We currently ship to the United States (USA) only.

3.2 Delivery Time – Order processing takes 1-2 business days. Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and may be delayed due to carrier issues or events beyond our control.

3.3 Risk of Loss – Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you once the product is handed over to the carrier. If products are damaged during transit, please retain evidence and contact us promptly.

4. Returns & Refunds

4.1 Return Policy – You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Custom or perishable items are not eligible for return.

4.2 Return Process – To initiate a return, contact us at admin@cordissupply.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA). Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective.

4.3 Refunds – Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days to your original payment method.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership – All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, icons, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Cordis Supply L.L.C or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

5.2 Restrictions – You may not copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from this Site without our prior written permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation;

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cordis Supply L.L.C and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7.2 We are not liable for any damage resulting from misuse of products, use outside their intended purpose, or failure to follow product instructions.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cordis Supply L.L.C and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your use of the Site, or your violation of any third-party rights.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

9.1 Governing Law – These Terms and any dispute arising between you and us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

9.2 Dispute Resolution – Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
