How long do I have to request a return?
You must request a return within 15 days of delivery, in compliance with our policy and U.S. consumer protection guidelines.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Contact our customer service with 2–3 clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging. We will approve a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, as required by U.S. product liability laws.
Can I return an item for a change of mind?
Yes, returns for change of mind are allowed (as disclosed prior to purchase, per U.S. law), but a 50% restocking fee will apply to cover processing and restocking costs. For such returns, you are responsible for all return shipping costs, and the item must be unused, in its original undamaged packaging, with all original accessories and tags intact to qualify for a refund.
Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and we will provide our designated return address.
How long does it take to process a refund?
After we receive and inspect the returned item (to verify it meets our return conditions), the refund process will take approximately 2 weeks, with funds returned to your original payment method.
